are a hospitality company and operate in the mid-priced hotel sector, consisting
of the upper-midscale, midscale and economy hotel segment.
Our properties are located in
Rakchham, Kinnaur, Himachal Pradesh & in the state of Goa. |
| Rakchham
village is around 10 km from Chitkul and around 12 km from Sangla and is located
between the two. Our first hotel property started operations in FY 19-20. We also
operate a café at Rakchham. All our hotels, cafes and restaurants are operated
under the brand name “Osiya”. We provide authentic hospitality and give
our guests a localized and memorable experience. We seek to cater to family as
well as adventure loving guests and deliver differentiated yet superior service
offerings, with a value-for-money proposition. |

| Osiya Shambhu
Lodge is the oldest hotel in Sangla Valley . It was primarily run as a Bed
& Breakfast with 7 rooms in the early years. Having considerable success and
in order to keep up with the changing times the entire hotel underwent a renovation
with added room capacity in order to serve all travellers. At present the hotel
has 13 rooms which are divided into 3 categories to serve guests with varying
range of Budget. Premium Luxury Rooms are with balcony and surrounded by mountains
from all the sides with a breath taking view of the Sangla Valley. |

| OSIYA SHOSHLA
CAFE was started in the smallest and most modest possible way conceivable
as will be evident from its early pictures in the year 2018. Ever since its inception
it has been a focal point of all tourists visiting the Kinnaur Valley. From its
humble beginnings the Café has come a long way to now being the most scenic
and clicked after property in the entire Kinnaur Valley. Having started out as
a small shack the café now boasts of a 2 storey building with a seating
capacity of almost 100 people at its peak. | |
| OSIYA RANGNOO
RAKCHHAM RETREAT is the jewel in the crown. The construction was started in
the year 2018 and has been finally completed in the year 2021 October. The Osiya
family now stands complete with the commissioning of this project. It has 11 wonderfully
decorated cottages all made out of the local red stone along with the roof made
out of local tiles. The cottages are with a fire place and the furniture again
has been done locally from Reckong Peo with wonderfully carved Beds, Chairs and

SA MARIA - ECO FRIENDLY RESORT (GOA) -
OWN PROPERTY | | Dona
Sa Maria is an Eco Hotel in South Goa, Tamborim. It has 18 well furnished
rooms along with a Bar & Restaurant and a swimming Pool. It has been welcoming
Guests since October 1996 and caters mainly to Chartered Guests from the EU. |
| We are
a boutique hotel with almost “zero waste” generation and every attempt
is made for being one with nature which has helped us earn our name of being the
first Eco Friendly Hotel in Goa. The focus of the hotel is not only to enjoy the
outward regular delights of Goa but to go beyond and look inward in serene genuine
village settings. |
